In the hollow of the valley of the Thironne in the Perche, on a domain of 4 ha, the Moulin Neuf opens the doors of its lodging "la Bergerie", a warm and comfortable independent house which can accomodate up to 5 people, in the heart of a hilly and green landscape.

Not far from hiking trails and remarkable heritage sites, you will have all the leisure to explore the Percheron countryside, to stroll in the garden (a private space is reserved for you but the mill's garden is accessible), to take advantage of the vast terrace for a plancha or to observe horses and birds (the domain is an LPO refuge) or to relax in the private SPA wellness area. Entirely renovated, what was once the mill's sheepfold is now equipped with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. It offers on the first floor, open to the terrace, a spacious living room with its wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen and toilet. The first floor is composed of 2 bedrooms (queen size and king size beds that can be separated and an extra bed) and a shower room and WC.
