Formerly a chapel for the priory founded by the monks of Saint Bernard de Thiron, this unassuming edifice hides a magnificent interior painted in 1537, fully restored with 118 colourful panels. A true artistic treasure!

A 15th century wooden windmill mounted on a stone base, in perfect working order.

Set in a haven of greenery, this Romanesque chapel has conserved all its decor and painting from the 15th century. An great snapshot of the artistic production of the era.

The biggest and most ancient of the last mwindills still turning in the Beauce sky, with its origins going back to the 13th century!

It is inside the walls of this 17th-century castle that interrogations took place of the 300 bandits in the "Chauffeurs d'Orgères" gang in 1798. The dovecote is home to the masks of those condemned to death.
