Local Produce

Nottonville Abbey offers fresh products made from its goat farm: cheeses in various forms such as crottin, logs, pyramids, rounds, slabs and Tomme, available directly on-site.

The Cœur de Beauce Tourist Office in Orgères offers a range of all-local products in the shop space.

A cheesemonger’s, fine grocery store and wine cellar. All our products have been tested, tasted and carefully selected by our Artisan Cheesemonger, Richard Hamel, in collaboration with our team.

Located near Châteaudun, Herbeaux Farm offers suckling lamb for sale. The meat is tender and delicate, thanks to the young age of the lamb.

Bonn’ Vallée beer is made from spring hops harvested at Le Glandin Farm in Bonneval.

Apple juice sold: traditionally pressed without additives or preservatives and unfiltered, for a more natural product. Made straight after harvest to preserve the fruit’s full flavour. Potatoes sold: Agata and Franceline, unwashed, in 15 kg bags.
