After growing, harvesting and sorting the canola, flax and safflower, I press the grains to make first cold-pressed oil, which preserves all the flavour and nutritional properties.

Maison Clarance mustard is a 100% French mustard from the Eure region, a farm-to-plate product.

Grand Bain Farm offers seasonal vegetables, grown locally with organic methods. The market gardening workshop stretches across 1 hectare at the base of the farm.
