After growing, harvesting and sorting the canola, flax and safflower, I press the grains to make first cold-pressed oil, which preserves all the flavour and nutritional properties.

Apple juice sold: traditionally pressed without additives or preservatives and unfiltered, for a more natural product. Made straight after harvest to preserve the fruit’s full flavour. Potatoes sold: Agata and Franceline, unwashed, in 15 kg bags.

Pick-your-own farm and market, open all year round, tours, fruit, vegetables, flowers, poultry, homemade preserves and products from our local terroir. Guided or non-guided tours of the educational farm, for groups.

Tachainville Farm, located near Chartres, offers lamb, mutton sausages, mince, sausage cassoulet and green flageolet beans for sale.

Free-range eggs.

Dried legumes: flageolet beans, white beans, pinto beans, chickpeas, green lentils, red lentils. Popped corn. Fresh flour made from wheat, green lentils, red lentils, or chickpeas, chickpea meal.
