Local Produce

Beauce spirulina is a product extracted by bioprocessing algae, creating a quality concentrate of nutrients, iron, and protein. Available at the Occonville site.

The Cœur de Beauce Tourist Office in Orgères offers a range of all-local products in the shop space.

Our farm is located in Eure-et-Loir, in Perche, Chapelle Royale. For three generations, we have been raising poultry at our farm, with feed made solely from grain grown on our site.

Goose foie gras, confit, breast, terrine and rillettes. Farm poultry: chickens, guinea fowl and ducks.

Packs of lamb and pork: chipolatas, merguez (to order). Eggs (all year round).

Canola oil pressed and bottled at the farm, naturally rich in Omega-3 and vitamin E. Sustainable agriculture.
