Where tradition meets originality. Near the Castle of Châteaudun, le Jardin du Verre has conjured up a cuisine which is both classic and daring. The chef is thus able to offer surprising combinations, such as wild boar stew with chocolate, honey-lemon duck breast...
A final touch of originality, the menus - regularly revised according to the chef's wishes - are presented on a slate, as are the wines. In addition to table service, the restaurant continues to offer takeaway dishes to be ordered before 11am and to be discovered on Facebook or the restaurant's website.
