Looking for a little house in Perche, 1.5 hours from Paris, in a stunning wooded environment where nature flourishes? This is what we wanted to achieve by renovating this house that we fell in love with, next door to ours.

Ideally located less than 200 m from Place des Epars and 600 m from the Cathedral, Chartres train station and Le Colisée cultural and sports complex, come and enjoy our large, fully refurbished and equipped studio.
