The documentary "Trainée de poudre" explores the consequences of the end of milk quotas and destructive globalization on dairy markets in Belgium, France, Senegal and Burkina Faso. To maximize profits, dairy manufacturers are exporting more and reusing milk powder residues by mixing them with palm oil.
