Bonn' Vallée beer is made from spring barley harvested on the farm in Bonneval. The microbrewery of Glandin also produces the Bière de l'Eclair which is the beer of Châteaudun. With the idea of reviving a forgotten local product, the recipe of this beer has been revisited and updated. Made of barley malt and exceptional hops, the Bière de l'Eclair, whether blond, white or amber, will delight the taste buds of even the most demanding palates. The beers are presented in 33 and 75 cl and are available for sale in the store created on the farm.
