Ferme Granveau - Asperges

Green asparagus grown and sold. Harvested and sorted by hand. For optimal conservation, the asparagus is hydrocooled straight after harvest, i.e. cooled quickly at 4°C then stored in the coldroom. The product is available for sale the day of harvest.
